General Information

The Application should be completed and submitted to the programme secretariat of the International Centre for Local Democracy no later than August 25th 2020.

Applications received after this date will not be considered.

Information

In order to complete the application please make sure you have the following documents saved on the computer you are applying from:
1) A pdf or jpg copy of your passport
2) A passport-sized photo in jpg or gif-format (Preferred). Pdf format is also accepted for your photograph.
You cannot save data in this form. You need to complete the entire application and submit it during the same session. You can copy text from other programs in the boxes where text is required.
For any text, please use latin letters A-Z and a-z. Cyrillic letters cannot be used.

Language Skills

The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is a framework of reference for assessing proficiency of foreign languages. The CEFR describes foreign language proficiency at six levels: A1 and A2, B1 and B2, C1 and C2. To participate in the ITP you need to have a level of English equivalent to at least B1 but preferably B2. Please read through the following document Reference_for_Languages carefully and assess you own level of English. Be prepared to show your level of English in an interview before acceptance to the programme.
